Summary
A one-minute walk from Hinodecho Station in central Yokohama, several houses that had stood unused for more than twenty years were renovated to create a mixed-use facility comprising exhibition space, offices, a coworking space and a bar lounge. Working to the theme of “working, making, showing, talking”, the plan is to hold exhibitions centred on contemporary art, to display works, and to run the coworking space and bar lounge. In October 2021 the facility held its first exhibition, the contemporary art show Cliffs and Stairs.
