Summary
A project to convert the buildings of the former Rensei Junior High School in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, into a hub facility for art. Commissioned by Chiyoda City, we formulated the plan, examined operating models, developed the funding and operating-revenue plans, drafted the proposal guidelines, and served on the selection committee that reviewed proposals from prospective operators. Through that process Command N (led by Masato Nakamura) was selected, and the facility has been run as 3331 Arts Chiyoda since 2010. We continue to serve on its operating committee.
