Summary
An artwork that doubles as play equipment, installed in the Takamoriyama equestrian park on high ground on the outskirts of Towada City. Created by Hitoshi Ushijima, who works with the theme of playground equipment, the horse-shaped work stands 8.5 metres high and incorporates a giant slide. It is named “U.m.a”, short for Unidentified Mysterious Animal. A symbol of the park, it is enjoyed by adults as much as by children.
